SB (Small Businesses)

No Contract: Small business plans operate on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment. There are no setup fees.

Growth (Mid-Market Businesses)

Pricing is based on each business location, business entity, or named entity and is available to new customers only.

Annual vs Monthly Agreement: All pricing shown above reflects pricing under an Annual Agreement, paid monthly. When you commit to annual terms, you'll enjoy the discounted rates shown above. Month-to-month terms are available by adding 40 percent to the subscription pricing shown above, with no long-term obligation.

Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $500, per client, is due at sign-up. This covers license creation, account setup, member onboarding, and the initial training phase.

Patron Outreach™: Members must be opt-in for communications and have an established business relationship with you. Purchased lists are not permitted for import or use in the system. Restrictions may apply as to the volume of recipients supported.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are required for high transaction accounts.

All enterprise plans require an Annual Agreement, paid monthly. Month-to-month terms are not available for enterprise plans.

E-Commerce

Covers one online business entity and supports up to 10,000 members per license. Additional licenses required for each allowance block of 10,000 members and/or online entity (brand).

Community Deals

A mobile coupon-only program with zero-impact overhead for participating merchants. Pricing is per merchant. Includes a white-labeled deals portal, instant deal management, and individual marketing blasts.

Quota: After 90 days from signup, agencies are required to maintain a minimum of 5 locations.

Community Connect

A "keep it local" solution for community rewards, promotions, deals management, and shared gift cards; driving local consumer traffic for all merchants under a unified brand.

Quota: After 90 days from signup, agencies are required to maintain a minimum of 3 locations.

Partner Integration Programs

Designed for POS companies integrating loyalty as an embedded solution. No license quota or revenue minimum. Licenses are to be acquired in the name of the partner, at wholesale pricing.

Partner Affiliate Programs

Designed for POS companies and marketing agencies seeking an affiliate referral solution. No license quota or revenue minimum. Licenses are acquired at retail and are held by the merchant, with monthly commissions paid to the referring partner.

Partner Agency Program

A white-label loyalty, rewards, and gift card solution sold under the agency's brand.

• Requires 30 active licenses, or
• A one-time $5,000 setup fee (if fewer than 30 licenses)
• Plus a recurring $3,000 monthly minimum revenue commitment after first year

Miscellaneous

Use of third-party cards is not supported unless pre-approved at time of startup. Pricing, features and terms shown are available for USA and Canada sales only.
SMS is an optional channel.  Bulk SMS Marketing not available to restricted industries regulated by S.H.A.F.T.  This includes, but is not limited to, Sex, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, CBD, Cannabis and Gambling. Standard message capacity is 160 characters per message.  An alternate private SMS method is available to handle messaging for clients in restricted industries.  The purchase of additional SMS text credits is optional and not required.   Transactional SMS messages are always included FREE! ^{(USA & CANADA only)}  

Outside the USA & Canada (U.K, etc), the following alternate terms apply: (1) SMS Messaging may not be available. If available, pricing may vary by country. (2) There exists a $25.00/mo USD additional surcharge to cover transactional SMS messaging outside of USA & Canada, if available. (3) Kiosk device rentals are not available outside USA & Canada.
