When it comes to your business and building brand-awareness, we know the "one card fits all" philosophy simply won't work.
All our plastic cards are fully customized to your brand, using your artwork, your name and your logo.
Plastic cards are available in three configurations:
CR-80 (credit card style), Key-fob (key-chain style) and Combination (CR-80 + Key-Fob)
PLASTIC MEMBERSHIP CARDS
More than half of all consumers carry membership cards or key-fob tags on them every day. Whether it's a restaurant VIP card, a grocery discount card, or a gym membership card, these cards are popular marketing aids that promote loyal buying behavior.
Simply put, plastic membership cards add value to customer relationship programs. They promote your business to the customers who use them, and friends who see them. They offer free advertising in a wallet or on a key-chain. Sure you can save money using phone numbers or mobile apps, but that comes at the loss of significant advertising potential.
Scanning of plastic membership cards also facilitates the data gathering process, enhancing the customer service effort.
PLASTIC STORED-VALUE CARDS
Our custom plastic stored-value cards are the better alternative to antiquated paper cash vouchers and certificates. Why give back cash for unused balances of paper gift certificates? Why tolerate the fraud inherent in paper certificates that are not properly tracked, hence not secured, by a database program? Plastic cards are simply the better choice!
Fraud and loss are non-existent with our card tracking software. Our stored-value cards are integrated with our marketing system to provide enhanced tracking capabilities, including the account holder's identity. Additionally, cards can be reloaded with additional funds at any time and, with an associated customer identity, can now double as spending accounts, stored-value for store credits or savings club cards.
CARD ORDERING INFORMATION
LEAD-TIME PLANNINGWHEN ORDERING CARDS
The process starts with submission of your artwork. Once we receive your artwork, a design proof is sent back to you, typically a day or two later. Plastic cards are usually shipped to you in less than 10 business days from the date your design proof is approved and returned to us. Please allow exceptions leading up to holidays, as production peaks in production volume could lead to delays.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR PLASTIC CARDS
The smallest quantity for ordering cards is 500 per card style and design. We recommend you order in larger quantities, based on projected need, as the cost-per-card pricing drops as the quantity increases.
ARE PLASTIC CARDS REQUIRED?
It depends on the service plan you choose. When purchasing your service subscription, you have the option to choose a card-less plan or a card-based plan. If you choose a card-based subscription, you will receive a discounted monthly subscription rate. Since we discount the subscription price for card-based plans, we do require all supporting plastic card stock be procured from us.
PLASTIC CARD SPECIFICATIONS
Our plastic cards are extremely durable. In fact they are the most durable on the market today. They are first printed on a plastic-like substrate which is then laminated, producing a durable, flexible product that will not fade, smear or crack over time.
Preferred Patron™ plastic CR-80 card, card/key-tag combo, and key-fob configurations include:
- Card thickness at 30 Mil
- High-res bar coding, QR coding and random numbering
- High-res personalization using customer supplied artwork
- 4 color front, black back
- High-gloss film lamination
- Options for signature panels
- Options for magnetic stripe encoding
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
- Print quality, 300 dpi resolution or higher
- Dimensioned as per specification for desired card style
- Include 0.125" bleed on all edges
- Saved as Photoshop layered PSD file or JPG ready-sized file. For flat JPG art, include individual graphic files for for background, logo, fonts, etc.
