Q: Why No contracts?
A: We believe strongly that merchants will benefit from our products and services. Our confidence is demonstrated in the “no strings attached” aspect of our offer. If you are not completely satisfied with our program and services, simply advise us you would like to terminate. That all there is to it. No penalties or early termination fees are incurred.

Q: Are there any setup or activation fees?
A: The Preferred Patron Desktop Edition is a pure PC based software product. There are no setup fees, activation fees or transaction fees. The PatronFlex Edition uses the same powerful PC based software but is extended by our data management service. PatronFlex subscribers do incur a nomimal $50 setup fee.

Q: How quickly can I get started?
A: We will typically ship your gift cards within 3 business days of having received your order. Your account will be activated during this time as well and directions are also supplied instructing you how to download and register the gift card software.

Q: What is the transaction per month allotment about? Is that the catch?*
A: Desktop Edition subscribers enjoy an unlimited transaction allotment. PatronFlex subscribers, do however, choose an appropriate allotment of transactions, based on individual business needs (very similiar to choosing a cell phone plan). Experience shows us that the average gift card will be fully consumed in less than 3 transactions (typically one transaction for the gift card sale and one or two transactions for card redemption).

Q: Am I limited in gift card quantity or selection
A: Absolutely not! You can purchase as little or as many gift cards as you need and sell, sell, sell! We offer gift cards at competitive prices for your convenience with no minumum volume. Order small supplies specifically branded for certain occassions. Choose from our wide variety of stock artwork or send us your own. It's that simple.

Q: Do I have gift card design choices?
A: Yes. We have carefully selected a wide variety of quality gift card designs especially for our merchants. You can choose any one of them or send us your own artwork for a truely custom card. Gift cards are 30 mil plastic PVC, printed in full-color front and black back. Your merchant name and address can be included on each gift card.

Q: I only want Gift Card processing. Do I have to enroll in the Loyalty Marketing Program too?
A: The Loyalty Marketing features are included with subscriptions for the Desktop Edition. Either can be turned off if not wanted. For PatronFlex, gift card and loyalty packages are maintained as seperate subscriptions. As part of your PatronFlex application, you may indicate if you would like to enroll with the Loyalty program. If you choose no, you still have the ability to capitalize on the great loyalty features during the promotion term and you can still enroll at any time by letting us know. However, there will be no automatic renewal of the loyalty program past the promotion period if we do not hear back from you.

Q: I am interested in the Relationship Marketing Program. Do I need to purchase plastic Loyalty Tags?
A: You have options available to you. (1) You may purchase Loyalty Tags at the regularly advertised prices from us or from a 3rd party plastic card supplier. (2) Alternately, you may operate a cardless system by using your members' phone numbers as their loyalty account id.

Program terms: A valid credit card is required for account activation. PatronFlex subscribers only: Gift Card Program term (and Loyalty Program term, if applicable) will automatically renew for additional one-month terms. The initial month will be prorated. Billing will commence upon the first day of the next month and continuing until such time service is terminated. Merchant may terminate at any time by providing Preferred Market Solutions notice prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Desktop Edition subscribers only: Program term will automatically renew for additional one-year terms. Merchant may terminate at any time by providing Preferred Market Solutions notice prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
