1. What information is collected at www.preferredpatron.com?
Preferred Market Solutions is the sole owner of information collected on the preferredpatron.com web site. We
will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different
from what is disclosed in this statement. Preferred Market Solutions collects
information from our visitors at several different points on our website.
Our website offers several opportunities for visitors to inquire for support services, product information and
for assistance in evaluating our products and services. These registration
users to give contact information (such as name, phone and email address) for use in email or phone call replies to said inquires. Information collected is not stored or used for any purpose after the requested inquiry has been satisfied.
We also keep track of activity on our website via log files stored on our
web servers. We collect information, including but not limited to, date of visit, IP address, browser type and
version. We use our logs of your
website activity to diagnose problems with our server and
to administer our website.
2. What is PatronFlex and Preferred Patron?
Preferred Patron is a general name used to describe the loyalty program we provide. PatronFlex is the latest version of our loyalty program, and currently the leading product for Internet-based Gift Card management and Loyalty Marketing. The company's PatronFlex technology enables merchants to sell and process gift cards
and to implement an effective loyalty marketing program. The PatronFlex program includes a customer accessible Web Portal, which you can use to enroll in a merchant's specific loyalty program, to access up-to-date information regarding your loyalty program status, to keep your personal information current and to revise your email, sms and directmail participation preferences at any time, 24x7.
3. What information does Preferred Market Solutions gather/track and how is it used?
You may be asked to provide certain personal information to our customers in
connection with their use of our PatronFlex products and services, such as when you enroll in our customer's loyalty program or purchase gift cards from them. If you choose to provide
personal information to one of our customers, you should review the
MEMBER PROFILE INFORMATION: The PatronFlex system tracks member enrollment information, including name, address, phone and email address, throughout our software, site and merchant Web portals.
Our system also track incoming IP addresses and workstation names which access our data center and site.
TRANSACTION INFORMATION: The PatronFlex system tracks sales transactions, including sales amounts, points earned, gift card deductions and balances and gift card account numbers.
Our products do not track or store any credit card information.
EMAILS, SMS TEXT AND DIRECT MAIL: Personal information that you provide to our customers may be used to communicate to you, via EMAIL, SMS Text and or Direct Mail. Receipt of this information is controlled via an opt-in/opt-out preference stored against your loyalty account. If you are not receiving the communcations and would like to, you may choose to change your preferences by accessing your loyalty account via the online Web Portal or by contacting the specific merchant with whom you want to receive communications from. If you are receiving Email communications and no longer wish to, you can opt-out by clicking the one-click unsubscribe link found in every email that leaves our system. The unsubscribe link is an automated way for you to immediately cease receiving email from our system. If you are not receiving SMS Text communications and would like to, simply text "join" to the participating merchant's short-code, supplying the merchants SMS keyword. If you are receiving SMS Text messages from our system and no longer wish to, you may opt-out immediately by replying STOP to any message you receive. Opt-out is immediate in all cases. If you would like to change your direct mail preferences, simply contact the merchant of interest or access your loyalty account via the merchant's online loyalty web portal.
WEB BEACONS: All emails distributed through our system contain
electronic images known as web beacons, also known as single-pixel GIFs,
which are invisible graphical images. These web beacons allow us to count
users who have opened email delivered from our system and who have visited associated web pages or ads provided as links in those emails. Web
beacons collect only limited information, such as the date/time the email was opened and who opened it. Web Beacons can be refused. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email viewer software.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT: Preferred Market Solutions adhers to an industry standard Anti-Spam Policy and, as such, we tolerate only permission-based email, SMS Text messaging and Direct Mail delivery. Recipients always
have the opportunity to opt-out via a one-click unsubscribe link in the
footer of all email messages or by replying STOP to any SMS Text message. Additionally, these options are made
available when you sign-up for enrollment in our customer's loyalty programs. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited email, SMS text or Direct Mail communicat from Preferred Market Solutions on behalf of any of our customers,
you may report it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF EMAIL CONTENT:
When email is delivered from our system, it is routed from server to server as it
navigates it's path through the Internet. During these travels server administrators and support personnel can read what is
sent. Email is not the forum for delivery of confidential information. As such, never send
anything in an email that shouldn't be subject to public display. If you have confidential information to communicate, do not use Preferred Market Solutions delivery systems!
ANTI-SPAM POLICY ENFORCEMENT: We regularly review the content of all Email and SMS Campaigns that leave our system to
OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION: All information collected is the sole property of the subscribing customer ("merchant") who collected the information from their customers and electronically transmitted that information to our data center for management and storage of. We may access said information, from time to time, for the sole purpose of supporting and or training employees of the subscribing merchant.
We DO NOT sell, share or provide access to any member or transaction related information collected by a subscribing merchant.
4. With whom does Preferred Market Solutions share information?
We will never voluntarily share personally identifiable information about any subscribing merchant or any information collected by a subscribing merchant with any third party without the merchant's express consent or

Preferred Market Solutions uses industry standard protocols to safeguard the confidentiality of personally identifiable information, including secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption and firewalls.
Data is also subject to industry standard backup practices and maintained at our ">secured data center. Nevertheless, we remind you that no security measure is perfect.
