We are very excited to be introducing our PatronFlex kiosk software, based on customer-driven demand. The kiosk station is designed to be situated in customer accessible area. The basic goal of the kiosk is to transition tasks such as new customer enrollments, account inquires and even offer/reward redemptions away from the cashier. In "self-management" mode, the cashier simply provides the customer with a new membership card and directs the customer to the kiosk. The customer then scans their new membership card at the kiosk and is stepped through a very simplistic and intuitive series of screens to complete the enrollment process. Of course, customers automatically receive any enrollment incentives you have in place. Once enrolled, customers can scan their card on every visit to your establishment and gain points for visiting. You define the amount of points issued for each visit and the threshold period of time between visits. Customers can view past transaction and redemption history, modify their personal information, view the status of their account and most importantly, they can even print redemption vouchers for offers they have earned, right from the kiosk. The kiosk generated vouchers are simply presented to the cashier, just like coupons. The cashier honors the voucher and files it in their POS draw. It's that easy. In the simplest form, the cashier never needs to logon or access the PatronFlex system... now that's self-service!

Program terms: A valid credit card is required for account activation.  PatronFlex subscribers only: Gift Card Program term (and Loyalty Program term, if applicable) will automatically renew for additional one-month terms.  The initial month will be prorated.  Billing will commencing upon the first day of the next month and continuing until such time service is terminated.  Merchant may terminate at any time by providing Preferred Market Solutions notice prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
