You can send out scheduled, recurring text messages tied to the business rules of your member database or send out on-demand blasts at just the right time of day for that limited window of opportunity! Includes all the same features as email, including mail merge plus list segmentation.
URL tracking for email communications
In addition to tracking delivery and open rates, track clicks on any URL you include in your email. Great for those of you who like to monitor the effectiveness of their email designs.
Introduction of Social Media based referrals.
Social media buttons for the most popular social networks, including Facebook and Twitter, can now be inserted into any email. Supported buttons are SHARE buttons as well as FIND US buttons. When SHARE buttons are used, the system provides a special 'shared content' page that can be authored and linked to any one of your pre-defined Referral campaigns. When members receive an email with the SHARE button and click to share the email, they receive a confirmation page showing exactly what the shared page will look like and what it says. Upon confirmation, the shared content is immediately posted to their social media wall, for all their friends to see. Any offers made available come from your pre-defined referral campaign. Additionally, URL tracking tracks how many emails are actually shared.
Increased Work Space
The minimum resolution of all backoffice screens has been expanded from 800x600 to 1024x768 pixels and all screens have been redesigned for more intuitiveness while maximizing the amount of information displayed. All cashier screens remain at the 800x600 pixel resolution, for maximum compatibility with your point-of-sale hardware.
Introduction of a new Promotion Portal
This new portal is now the "do-all" screen for managing a promotion, from modification, inquiry, performance charts and communication management!
Fundraiser Program Enhancements
Fundraiser Accounts can now accept direct transactions, making them a perfect vehicle for implementing Referrals with ongoing kickbacks. We have also introduced Campaign Blockout Periods. This allows running a fundraiser program which is only in effect on the days and times you choose.
Enhanced Data Segmentation
Introduction of data segmentation with ability to market based on several different segmentation rules! This new enhancement now allows different versions of the same campaign to target different segments of customers, offering different terms and offers to different customers based on segmentation rules.
Quick Enrollment
Allows cashiers to enroll customers quickly while collecting minimal information of card# and email address. Customers can then be handed a card and directed to complete their enrollment using the web portal, later at home. Also available is an option to distribute pin-coded cards that allow simply handing out cards which are later enrolled by the customer, online at home. No collection of information is required at the store!
Portal Based Loyalty Card Sales
An optional feature that can be added to a merchant's subscription. Allows merchants who want to sell loyalty cards to now do so if they have a PayPal Merchant account, directly from their online Web Portal. All that is needed is their PayPal email address (for send money) that is tied to a PayPal account with Merchant level access. All funds collected are deposited directly into the merchant PayPal account, with no additional transaction fees imposed outside of the fees paid directly to PayPal.
Rewards Notification
A new communication feature has been added to the Newsletter campaign, allowing automatic notification to be sent to members upon reaching new reward levels. Notifications are sent at each scheduled run, for all members who have not yet received a notification regarding their latest eligible reward level.
